Prenatal Support
During our prenatal appointments, I provide personalized education and emotional support throughout your pregnancy. You'll have access to me via phone and email for any questions. My empowered birth package includes two 2-hour in-person prenatal visits that covers:

I provide compassionate, continuous care through every stage of labor and birth. I provide a steady emotional presence and hands-on comfort as you bring your baby earthside, helping you feel supported, informed, and confident.

Postpartum Care
I provide gentle, nurturing support as you adjust to life with your newborn.
Postpartum care includes one 1.5 -hour visit in your home that covers:
